UniPro Foodservice, Inc. is the largest broadline and systems cooperative distribution group in the world.  It has the resources and buying power of many of the strongest independent distributors in the foodservice industry.  UniPro Foodservice has both national and international presence.  At one time Tom Henning, President of Cash-Wa Distributing, served as the Chairman of the Board at UniPro Foodservice.

Cash-Wa is also involved in the Multi-Unit Group (the MUG.)

The Multi Unit Group is a select group of the UniPro distributors who service national accounts and chains.  These distributors must meet and follow rigid guidlelines to become a member of MUG.
