We have a HACCP program (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) in place.
Cash-Wa's facilities consistantly score superior ratings with the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
We also have staff who are ServSafe certified. ServSafe is the industry standard in food safety training. ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.
