  • Inservice Training for staff and Managers - possible topics include portion control, therapeutic diets, food costing, food safety, pureed recipes/diets, food sanitation, and HACCP.

  • The CWD Dietary Staff visits facilities upon request. These visits can be formal training sessions or informal "chat" sessions, depending on the customers needs.
