On August 13th, 2021 the Cash-Wa Distributing Fargo Division has started using new technology as part of its split from Food Services of America. As such your options will have changed. The new tools for managing your orders, and handling your accounts are listed on the left.

If you need assistance with accessing your mycashwa account for placing orders, please call 1-833-323-1320 or email helpdesk@cashwa.com and include your account number and a phone number to reach you.

If you need general assistance, please contact your Cash-Wa Fargo representative.

To sign up for access to Smart Pay to pay your invoices please follow this handy tutorial HERE. It will walk you through the sign-up process and how to login. Though you may want to click on the smart pay button on the left to skip a couple of steps.
