Our People

Our advantage IS our people.  Lots of the folks on the Great Plains have grown up close to the earth. As children we watched the crops come and go with the seasons, saw the birth and death of farm animals and generally got life's lessons early, teaching us what it takes to get things done.

Those are the people who work at Cash-Wa. With over 500 employees it is no longer possible to hold intimate chats that help bond an employee to the company vision . So with every hire we endeavor to bring aboard an associate who already embraces the essential service ethic.  And when we find that employee, we do our best to take care of them. Our customer is the beneficiary of this practice.
